Kecia has lived in the Greater Raleigh areas for most of  her life ~ for more than 20 years and she loves it.  Her husband, children, and Kecia feel that this area is a great place to live and raise a family!  That’s why they call it home!

Thinking of Relocating to Greater Raleigh?

Raleigh, North Carolina has been named time and time again as one of the best places to live, to work, and to do business by several reputable sources, one includes Forbes.  Here’s the latest review of our area from Forbes:

Many of our top performers are not surprising. No. 1 Austin, Texas, and No. 2 Raleigh, N.C., have it all demographically: high rates of immigration and migration of educated workers and healthy increases in population and number of children. They are also economic superstars, with job-creation records among the best in the nation.

Surrounded with great hospitals (Duke University Medical Center, Rex Healthcare, UNC Hospitals, etc.) and renown schools (UNC-Chapel Hill, Duke University, NC State, NCCU, etc.), it’s no wonder that the Greater Raleigh areas are thriving! For these reasons, people flock to Raleigh and surrounding areas to work, live, go to school, and for the best in medical care.

The state’s capital offers so much, it’s hard to write just one page.  Kecia and her family love the lifestyle in the Greater Raleigh area because they can go to sporting events to see great college basketball action, the Durham Bulls, the Carolina Mudcats and Hurricanes, and that’s just their short list.  There’s also the Carolina Railhawks (NASL), which are #1 right now!  Way to go soccer team!!

When Kecia and her family need downtime and to explore, they are able to choose from the IMAX 3D Theater, museums, nature parks, the performing arts centers (DPAC and the Progress Energy Center), amphitheatres (Walnut Creek and Koka Booth), and so on.  Let’s not forget the International Airport in RDU, which conveniently allows for business and vacation travel.  All of this sounds good, but don’t just take Kecia’s word for it!  Here’s a great article chock-full of information that confirms her opinion of this great area!  Click here to read all the great reviews of RDU!
